For the shortcrust:
250g flour
1 egg
65g sugar
125g butter
Put everything into a bowl and knead together with your hands, until you have a nice big lump of dough. Put it in the fridge for 1/2 hour. Now you put it into a round baking pan and cover the bottom with it.
Filing:
4-5 apples (also nice with cherries, plums, apricots, etc.), cut in little pieces, put them on top of dough.
Topping (crumbles):
200g flour
150g melted butter
175g sugar
1 TS cinnamon
1 TS powdered sugar
Mix everything together with a mixer until you get crumbles, maybe you need to add a bit more of one of the ingredients. Put the crumbles on top of the apples.
Now you can put the cake into oven, it takes about 35 minutes at 180º C.
